United Kingdom
Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day from our UK warehouse. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
Standard Delivery (2-3 business days):

- FREE Standard Delivery on orders £150 and over
Next-Day Delivery (1 business day):
- Next-Day Delivery is £3.99
- FREE Next-Day Delivery on orders £180 and over
Upgrade to a premium DPD service:
- Next-Day Delivery, 1-hour delivery window is £4.99
- Next-Day Delivery, pre-12pm is £12.99
United States

- For Standard Shipping on orders under €165, the cost will be calculated at checkout (3-4 business days).
- You can upgrade to Express Shipping (1-2 business days) the costs will be calculated at checkout.
Rest of World (International Shipping)
Orders placed before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders are delivered Monday-Friday.
Orders over ~ £150 (or the equivalent in your local currency)
- FREE shipping (4-5 business days)
- Upgrade for DHL Express Shipping (typically next 2-3 business days). Cost calculated at checkout.
Orders less than ~ £150 (or the equivalent in your local currency)
If your order is less than ~ £150 we charge for international delivery. Cost calculated at checkout.
We use DHL or DPD for all BevEase shipments, ensuring detailed tracking for your convenience.
All UK parcels ship from our warehouse near London.
We’re sorry to hear that! First, check the tracking number to see if it was left in a safe place or returned to the depot. If you’re still unsure, contact us on social media or email us at contact@bevease.co.uk with your delivery address, and we’ll look into it for you.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with all tracking information included.

Your BevEase belt will arrive in a branded box with no additional packaging to maintain our commitment to environmental friendliness. All packaging is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable.
Nope! All taxes and duties are included in the price of our products.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be happy with the quality, look and functionality of your BevEase belt. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your bag for a full refund. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return.
Returned bags must be in an unused condition. We can’t accept a return if it arrives used, or damaged due to improper packaging. Preferably return in the original packaging.
This depends on where you are in the world, as well as the shipping method used.
We recommend keeping proof of postage until you hear from us confirming we’ve received your return. Once the bag arrives with us it will be processed within 2-3 working days.
Refunds take 3-5 working days from the moment we process your return to appear in your bank account. If you have any concerns, please contact your bank and they’ll be able to help.
Not to worry, please use any suitable box or mailing bag for your return.
ORDER QUERIES
Simply head to checkout and apply your discount code in the “voucher code” box on the right-hand side of the checkout page.
You should receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder if this doesn’t come through. If you haven’t received an email, get in touch and we’ll look into this for you.
Sometimes banks can be quick to hold the funds, but they’ll release them if the order doesn’t complete. This might take a little while to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, reach out to us and we’ll investigate.
If you attempted to place your order more than once, each attempt will appear as pending charges. These declined charges will be removed from your statement within 3-5 business days as funds were not actually withdrawn.
Absolutely! Just get in touch with us and we’ll generate one for you.
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. Paypal, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available.

We can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped. Just reach out to us as soon as possible.
If you paid via PayPal, the funds will be returned to your account immediately. For debit or credit card payments, it can take 3-5 working days for the refund to process.

To keep your BevEase belt looking its best:
- Use a lightly dampened lint-free cloth to remove dust or dirt. Avoid scrubbing.
- For stubborn stains, use mild soapy water.
- Allow the belt to dry naturally, wiping off any excess moisture with a cloth.
Please avoid:
- Machine washing or tumble drying.
- Using strong soap, detergents, solvents, or starch.
- Ironing or leaving the belt in direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
